At TriggerTech Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
